DJ of the Week – Halifa Bradford

This week’s DJ of the Weeks Halifa Bradford.  Halifa is a sophomore at Centenary with a major in Communications.  He first got involved with the radio station his freshman.  He started with a jazz show called Sunset Tunes.  “Sunset Tunes started out as a jazz show aimed at playing oldie music.  But quickly evolved into something more meaningful.  It felt like the show did more then play a aging genre. Instead it gave comfort to my listeners, and even I became more attached to the music and the station of WNTI.ORG” Halifa says.

Fast forward a year later, Halifa is now the host DJ for two shows and heavily involved in WNTI.ORG affairs.  Shout out to Halifa for all his hard work and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for him.
