DJ of the Week – Katie Peters

WNTI strives on having the best student DJ’s around and this weeks DJ of the Week is no exception.  Meet Katie Peters, she is a sophomore commuter student from Lafayette, NJ.  Her major is Communications with a Radio & TV Concentration and a Business Management minor.  Katie started getting involved with WNTI her freshman year and quickly became the News Director.

Now that Katie is the Programming Director, she is in charge of creating the schedule of the shows, and overseeing the other departments.  Along with managing WNTI, Katie also makes time for her own shows.  She co-hosts “Now Playing” with Justin Chumas and Matt Kenny where they talk all about movies on Fridays at noon as well as another show called “The News Rundown” with Jack Reinhard and Callie Wickkiser, where they report on the latest news on Fridays at 11am.  Keep up the great work Katie!
