Francis Gavin shows
Francis Gavin has his A.B.. in Latin and Ancient Greek from The University of Pennsylvania. He has earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School as well as an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University.
He has over 25 years of public service, serving as the Allamuchy Township Mayor for six years and on the Allamuchy Township Board of Education for 20 years, 15 as president. During his tenure on the Allamuchy Board of Education, he also served on the Hackettstown Board of Education.
He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Warren County Legal Services Corp. and as a member on the Warren County Economic Advisory Committee.
